Residential Professional Services Fees
(Single-Family, Condo, Multi-Family of 3 Units or Less)
The Jones Real Estate Group is now offering exclusive new pricing models for full service residential
representation to better align with consumer needs. These new models align with
the new regulations and guidelines in the real estate industry that went into
effect on August 17, 2024. We are confident they will allow for greater flexibility
for both Buyers and Sellers and position them for success in the negotiation
process.
Here is a brief summary:
BUYERS - Full Buyer Representation -
A Professional Services Fee will be negotiated with your Buyer Agent prior to touring homes. You will still have the ability to request a Seller concession as part of a formal written offer on a property in the hope that the Seller will pay for this amount. Buyers will never be charged anything more than this agreed upon amount for full services regardless of how long it takes to get to the closing table.
SELLERS - Full Listing/Seller Representation -
Professional Services Fee of 2.0% of gross sale price. This agreed upon fee is structured as a percentage of the final sale price of the home and incentivizes us to get Sellers the most for their property. In line with the new regulations, the Jones Real Estate Group will not directly pay Buyer’s Agents, however we will advise Sellers on our effective strategies to manage concessions requests to obtain the highest net price possible.
